Segment 2: The 2017 World Junior Championship nears its end as the semi-finals are slated for Wednesday. We recap the tournament and look ahead to the four teams remaining with the help of Sam Cosentino of Sportsnet. The veteran junior hockey analyst is a welcome return to TPS.
Seg 3 - NCAA: Penn State Russian Freshman - 20:37 mins
Segment 3: In our NCAA segment we speak with the top scoring freshman in the country, Penn State rookie Denis Smirnov. The Russian product has played the last 5 years in North America and has racked up points everywhere he has been. Is this the year he finally gets drafted?
Seg 4 - WHL Trade Deadline - 15:55 mins
Segment 4: The upcoming CHL trade deadline will prove to be interesting but will it be as busy in the WHL as some believe? We posed that question to Bob Tory, the General Manager of the Tri-City Americans who has a team well positioned to get back into the playoffs and make some noise.
Seg 5 - 2017 Draft Spotlight: Zach Gallant - 16:56 mins
Segment 5: Our 2017 Draft Spotlight segment features one of the players recognized by NHL Central Scouting that plays for the Peterborough Petes; forward Zach Gallant. The 5th overall pick in his OHL draft year, Gallant is listed as a "C" prospect for 2017 but could be on the rise as the Petes get hot.
Seg 6 - Inside the AJHL: Jeff Woywitka - 24:16 mins
Segment 6: Finally, Inside the AJHL closes out this inaugural edition of The Pipe-Cast as Taylor Medak chats with the new assistant coach of the Sherwood Park Crusaders, Jeff Woywitka. The former 1st round pick of the Philadelphia Flyers reflects on his playing days and his time behind the bench too.

Hour 1: Guy and Taylor kick off the Pipe-cast era of The Pipeline Show with the Question of the Day. The second segment sees the return of an old friend as Sam Cosentino from Sportsnet stops by to talk 2017 WJC. Ending the hour in our NCAA segment is Russian Denis Smirnov who currently leads all NCAA freshmen in scoring.

Hour 2: Tri-City Americans GM Bob Tory discusses his team and what he expects from the WHL trade deadline this year. Our 2017 Draft Spotlight finds Peterborough Petes forward Zach Gallant. Inside the AJHL closes out the show as Taylor Medak catches up with former NHL 1st round pick and current assistant coach of the Sherwood Park Crusaders, Jeff Woywitka.
